Intuitive Flow Assisting Program + Group Mentorship

In Person Immersion + Virtual Course: March 2nd - May 2nd 2024

We were never meant to walk this path alone. Yoga has always been a path of connection, both to ourselves and to the greater whole. 

Join our community of soulful teachers, students, healers, and leaders and re-vitalize your teachings. Together we will create a container to support, inspire, witness and hold each other accountable as we grow and expand. Learn how to refine and trust your own authentic voice and expression of this practice. 

We have three pathways available depending on your needs and what you are ready to create space for and commit to: 

PATHWAY ONE: Assisting Workshop + Program $54

Our work together will anchored by an in-person immersion on Saturday, March 2nd in the Bay Area. 

Schedule:

11-12:15pm Intuitive Flow sadhana at HAUM, Mission SF 

12:30-2pm break 

2-6pm Assisting Workshop at the Green Yogi, Berkeley 

After completing this workshop together: 

1.) You'll be invited to assist and support all local classes with Rachel, as well as retreats and workshops. Any retreat you support, you can attend at cost.

2.) In exchange for assisting 1-2 classes a month, you’ll be able to take ALL public classes with Rachel for free as her guest. 

PATHWAY TWO: Assisting Workshop, Program + Group Mentorship $108

In Person Immersion + Virtual Course: March 2nd - May 2nd 2024

Pathway two will begin with the in-person assisting workshop on March 2nd, followed by our virtual course and private online group.

1.) In addition to all of the above, you'll be given access to a private online sangha portal where you can ask questions, share resources, and cheer each other on. 

2.) Develop your own teaching path: through feedback, worksheets and guided self study, you'll begin to curate your unique point of view as a teacher. This is where you'll gain clarity on your greater WHY as a teacher, and your big picture teaching goals. 

3.) 40 Day Sadhana: our teachings need to arise from the wellspring of our own practice and devotion to self study. As part of our work together, you’ll be given the tools, support, and accountability to recommit to your practice. Fall in love with your sadhana again.

4.) Intuitive Flow + Elemental Practice templates to use and inspire your sadhana and teachings. 

5.) To help support your daily sadhana, you’ll receive free access to Inner Alchemy: 7 day Pranayama + Meditation virtual course.

6.) 2x monthly zoom calls: group share and accountability of progress on the path, as well as an open q&a on anything from business of yoga, to staying grounded and inspired in your teachings. These will be recorded for those who can't make it live. 

7.) Sva Dharma Project: this will bring it all together as you create a unique offering that embodies your greater path and authentic offering as a teacher. 

Upon completion of all course requirements for Pathway Two, you will be eligible to receive 25 CEC.

PATHWAY THREE: Group Mentorship $68

Virtual Course: March 6th - May 2nd 2024

Pathway three has been designed for those wanting the support and accountability of our online group mentorship program, without committing to the in-person assistant program.

1.) Access to a private online sangha portal where you can ask questions, share resources, and cheer each other on. 

2.) Create your own teaching path: through feedback, worksheets and guided self study work, you'll begin to curate your unique point of view as a teacher. This is where you'll gain clarity on your greater WHY as a teacher, and your big picture teaching goals. 

3.) Intuitive Flow + Elemental Practice templates to use and inspire your practice and teachings. 

4.) Free access to Inner Alchemy: 7 day Pranayama + Meditation virtual course 

5.) 2x monthly zoom calls: group share of progress on the path, q&a and collective accountability. These will be recorded for those who can't make it live. 

6.) Dharma project: this will bring it all together as you create a unique offering that embodies your greater path and authentic intention as a teacher.
